Introducing the Jack Marlow team...
Elise Kendall - Web Guru
Elise will be your first contact when you've got questions about your website or the internet. Even when you think your questions are kind of silly, she won't make you feel stupid and she always has the answers that you need.
You can rely on Elise to make sure that your website is as friendly and easy to get along with as she is.
Sometimes we worry that Elise spends too much time online, but we know she also spends plenty of time outdoors. She recently participated in the Oxfam Trailwalker and she plans to take part in the Melbourne Half Marathon later this year.
Kieran Morrissey - Code Monkey
Kieran has been building and hosting websites since 1996. He's been programming since he was 9 years old, developing dynamic websites in some capacity since 1998, and Content Management Systems since 2002. His work can be found scattered as broadly as government websites, nationally-recognised companies, community groups, and the Linux kernel.
After a brief detour to complete the Arts half of an Arts/Engineering double degree, he jumped back into the web industry full-time in 2004. He lives to push systems to achieve things they were never designed to do (without breaking them, of course), and experience tells him that a lot of the time when people say something isn't possible in the browser, it's because they haven't thought it through properly. He believes in the power of good design (both engineering and graphic) to solve problems, and that plain and simple language is best.
He insists that one day he really will go back and finish that Engineering Degree.
Mark Stevens - Web Strategist
Mark thrives on helping people to achieve their goals. He knows how to listen and he knows what questions to ask to get a clear understanding of your business objectives. He's great at communicating with both technical and non-technical people alike, and he knows the importance of making sure that everyone's on the same page.
Mark will ascertain exactly what it is you're looking to achieve online. He's been building websites for over 10 years and understands what does and doesn't work. He'll guide the process to ensure your website achieves your objectives and makes the right impression on your visitors.
Mark's the proud father of a precocious little toddler and they can be found frequenting playgrounds in the Williamstown area most weekends.
